During the Placebo Winter tour dates of 2009 you will not only be able to watch the incredible show by Placebo and the support bands, but you will also get the chance to see a Short Film Festival that will be screened before the gig and during the artist changeovers, on the mainstage screens.

The ShortsTV Live Music Film Festival, launched at the Paris show on the 24th October, features the work of 8 highly talented international film makers for which Placebo themselves shortlisted.

These movies may be short in length but they'll be big on impact.

Presented by ShortsTV, the short film channel, and Livewire Televisual, the live music video and TV specialist, the 8 short movies are competing with one another and you can vote here for your favourite film. Remember to come back to see how your choice is doing in the race for the title of 'ShortTV Live Music Film Festival Winner'.

You can purchase a DVD of all 8 Films available in the PLACEBOWORLD store.

Part of the profit from the sale of the DVD goes to the SOMALY MAM charity, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting the $12billion per year sex-trafficking industry
